CIBET works through chapters. Each chapter has a named president and executive director, its own events programme, and a contact route that reaches a person.

Start a CIBET chapter

Groups can apply to establish a CIBET chapter in their country or city under International Chapter Membership. A chapter is chartered once it has a founding committee, an approved plan and a named lead.

Chartering is deliberately not quick. A chapter carries the Council's name in its market, so the requirements cover governance, the committee's standing, a first-year programme and a financial plan.
